2017 - Rankings Week 13

What an amazing week and season this has been.  The #1 and #2 teams both went down in crazy games resulting in both dropping out of the playoff spots.  Miami fell to 5th but is still in the ACC championship game while Alabama fell all the way to 7th and is out of the SEC championship, leaving it to Auburn and Georgia.
- The top three remained the same. One of the regressions I ran did have ND move above Alabama, but that doesn't really seem right and this regression makes the most sense anyway.

- Notre Dame finally got exposed a bit and fell 5 spots to 8th. No way they can get a playoff spot now.
- Clemson moved into the #1 spot with their win 24 point win over S. Carolina who fell 10 spots in response.  Clemson will now face Miami for the ACC championship.
- UCF won again, but they continue to remain outside the playoff spots because of the weakness of the AAC. They still have the championship against Memphis this week, which *could* be enough to bump them up, if they have help from some other results.
- Wisconsin barely squeaked into the playoff even with their undefeated record. A BIG-10-championship win over Ohio State should be enough to keep them in. 

- The biggest upward move on the week came, unsurprisingly, from Pitt (+29), with their crazy upset over Miami.

- The biggest downward fall came in from Wyoming (-21) who somehow managed to lose to the worst team in the league last week, SJST (+1 to 129th).
-  The Utah game went about as I'd expected and hoped.  The win over Colorado (-10) makes Utah bowl eligible and moves them to 64th (TOP HALF!).
