IowaHawkBlog's Marble Game through Week 4

Welcome everyone, to the 2023 edition of IowaHawkBlog's College Football Marble Game.  For those unfamiliar with the Marble Game, David Burge came up with this idea years ago as a simple ranking system that could be explained in one tweet and that anyone could replicate themselves. The rules have changed slightly over the years, but the basic idea has always been the same. 

The rules of the Marble Game for 2023:
- Each FBS team starts with 100 marbles + 10 bonus marbles for each Power-5 opponent on their schedule.  This leads to teams having between 100 and 220 marbles to start the season.
- For each home win you take 20% of your opponents marbles.
- For each road win you take 25% of your opponents marbles.
- Neutral site games are treated like home games (worth 20%) for each team.
- Fractional marbles get rounded to whole marbles at the time when they are moved from one team to the other.

It is still a little early in the season, so the below results are still slightly un-intuitive, but within about one or two more weeks it will all sort itself out. 

I think I got everything set up for this season correctly (new teams, conference changes, initial marble counts, etc) but by all means, if you see any mistakes in anything, including games completed so far, please message me on Twitter (@NateEMiller). Also, big shout-out to Jim Carson (@JamesHCarson) for putting together the initial marble counts for this season.  It takes a long time to go through every teams' schedule and count up their opponents.  You saved me hours of work Jim.

EDIT: @CalumetCodger caught where I had missed a neutral site game, and this led me to realize that I'd missed a couple.  So I've made the fixes and updated the list below.  This fix affects UNC, S. Carolina, Louisville, GT, and a few other teams that played those teams in subsequent weeks.  Sorry for the mistake and thanks for looking out for us Calumet Dude!
