Crazy week of college football. Weeks like this are why I love this sport so much. Alabama, USC, and Penn State were all top 10 and all lost. Alabama still gets to claim top 10 as they only fell from 1st to 10th. Ok State, Miss State, Kansas, and NC State also had consequential losses in the top 25.
This all results in TCU, Tennessee, Michigan, and Clemson making up the top 4. How crazy of a playoff would that be?
Tennessee had the largest marble gain of the week with +84, followed closely by Utah with +81. Stanford had the largest ranking jump, moving up 49 spots thanks to the 63 marbles they took from Notre Dame. Colorado got their first win finally, with the upset against Cal, and have still played the hardest schedule of any FBS team so far this season. That leaves Northwestern as the lowest ranking P5 team---they were tied for last with Colorado last week.
